– Cure Them With Travel
Do you have fussy eating kids?
Have you ever put off travel because you just can’t bear the thought of your children complaining about the lack of their favorite foods – yes, they are what is known as fussy eating kids!
If your child is a fussy eating kid, you might be concerned that they will find nothing they like to eat. That dinnertime might become drama time, and that junk food will win the war. Often nutrition is difficult to include, especially when dining out.
But help is at hand
When you take your child traveling, then they are exposed to a whole new taste sensation.
Don’t panic!
Even the worst fussy eating child can be tempted to try new taste sensations. Whether it is because they are dining with friends; you have a humorous waiter, there is no choice, or they just want to be brave.
I am here to tell you that from my experience, long-term travel has cured my fussy eater!

Gone are the days of chicken nuggets and french fries.
This kid now eats llama; alpaca; all sorts of meats; curry, nearly every vegetable placed in front of him (with delight); and he has even tried sea urchins.
When food becomes fun, kids want to give it a go.

Processed cheese sticks have been replaced with cheese fondue in Liechtenstein.
Chicken has been replaced with llama and alpaca in South America.
And the latest food to be added is soup. All sorts of soups are served in Africa, and this once ‘soup hating’ child now eats a bowl every day or so.
Even drinking tea has been added to his choice of beverages thanks to Peru and Bolivia in South America.
Little changes that have made travel so much easier.
