Long Term Travel As A Single Parent

Being a single parent can be hard enough, but when we decided to travel long term it became a partnership with my son.

We became a team. The two of us, exploring the world together. Learning, and having fun as we discover some of what the world has to offer.

We love to venture on the road less traveled and to explore and educate at the same time with world-schooling.

I want to inspire others to get out of their rut, like I did and to change their lives.

The bond they will have with their child is incredible.

As a single parent I face many triumphs and many trials, and in this article, I share a few of them.

  1. I admire you! The travel is sometimes hard enough for single females and even more for mothers. I am sure you do great job by teaching your son to be a good person, to appreciate the world and people in it!

      • You are always welcome! 🙂 I do not know many so courageous women so… feel free to contact me if you plan to visit Sofia, Bulgaria.

        • Thanks Geri – we didn’t get to Sofia last year but i wish we had more time in Bulgaria. We were there before Christmas. I do hope we get back one day. Would love to see Sofia as we missed it driving from Turkey up to Romania. Would love to meet you!
