  1. Excellent help for the weary traveler! Culture shock and fatigue can hit anyone at any time, even a seasoned traveler. It us great to be reminded to take it easy.

  2. Yeah, travel fatigue is a real thing. And it seems to hit especially quickly with kids. We learnt our lesson the hard way recently travelling with 2 kids and going way too fast (which would’ve been fine pre-kids). Now all our trips are longer and slower – which makes them cheaper too so that’s a nice bonus.

    1. Yes, travel fatigue can strike when you least expect it. I think the “too fast” can be the killer. Enjoy your travels. Remember, you don’t have to ‘see and do it ALL’.
